BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS

small apple Cut the apple and pear into quarters, and slice out the center core from each piece. Chop the fruit into any size chunks you like. Peel the orange, separate it into sections, and slice each section into 1/2” pieces. In a medium bowl, combine the apple, pear, orange, raisins or dried cranberries, and drained pineapple. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top, and stir until blended. Spoon the fruit into two serving bowls. Top each bowl with 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup granola. Serves 2, generously.
